Who is responsible

The CorkLedger project is responsible for the personal data collected through this beta form. Contact: corkledger@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

We collect your email, preferred device, cellar-size range, language and any optional message you provide. When you arrive through an invitation, we also record limited campaign parameters and a pseudonymous invitation code from the link. The code contains no name or contact details; it can be matched to the private outreach list. We use these data only to manage the private beta, select suitable testers, send access information, request product feedback and understand which free invitation channels work.

Legal basis and retention

We process this information with your consent. You may withdraw it at any time. We delete beta-request data when it is no longer needed for the beta, when you withdraw consent, or after 12 months of inactivity, whichever comes first.

Service providers and transfers

Cloudflare provides the website and database infrastructure and processes data on our behalf. The D1 database is configured to run and store beta submissions within the European Union. Limited request or operational data may be processed elsewhere under the safeguards provided by applicable data-protection law. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing corkledger@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Cookies and automated decisions

This landing page does not use advertising cookies or browser storage. Campaign parameters remain in the invitation URL and are submitted only when you consent and request access. The beta request is not subject to automated decision-making.
